SHUTTLE SERVICES: 250-490-2347
We are pleased to offer a complimentary shuttle service from 3:30 p.m. until 12:00 midnight on Friday. From 10:00 a.m. until midnight on Saturday, and from 8:30 a.m until 5:15 p.m. on Sunday. This service is offered to pass holders between sponsoring hotels and venues. If you are not sure if your hotel is sponsoring, please ask at their front desk.

The shuttle stops are located near the entrance of each venue. If you require special assistance, or would like to make arrangements for a pick up from a sponsoring hotel, please ask a volunteer to contact the dispatch centre to make arrangements. Please note there may be delays depending on volumes, and timing (we use the shuttles to transport the bands too) and so we ask for your patience. Shuttle drivers are volunteers, tips are not accepted but smiles are.

Please, NO videotaping, photographs or audio recording during performances. Media representatives  are asked to contact the venue managers for access to the venue and for permission to take photographs.
